Caller - Can someone who forgot to claim their homestead exemption in previous years get retroactive credit?

Caller - I have a small business. Is my storage space taxed?

Caller - How can I dispute my taxes if they raised the land appraisal but not my home? Can I take the homestead exemption if I have a mortgage?

Caller - My son recently inherited a home and the taxes increased $4,000. Is there anything he can do to lower the taxes?
